While trends are moving away from wildly vibrant colors as the forefront of the sneaker world, every now and then some kicks’ release with crazy colors that are fresh. Coming up in September is the Vans x Dave The Chimp Pack. For those that don’t know Dave The Chimp, he’s a renowned street artist known for his “nameless” street works and fanzines. This collaboration is a lesser known Vans model, the Mid Skool Pro. Besides a clean look & a clever use of the color red, the sole is see through also! Here’s some details from Highsnobiety:

This capsule collection includes a reworking of the Mid Skool Pro alongside two t-shirts utilising bright neon colours and Chimp’s instantly recognizable characters and cartoon eyes. Special attention has been paid to detailing including tattooed toes on the inner footbed, which are mirrored through the trademark Vans waffle sole in crystal clear rubber.

Chimp believes the majority of people go through life asleep and it’s been his mission for over a decade through fanzines and street art to wake people up, switch on their brains and get them thinking for themselves! Walking his own path, but keeping one beady eye on what’s happening in the streets. Chimp’s first shoe for Vans also relates to today’s club kids, whose eye catching dress sense evokes a reaction from the rest of society – a way to prove they exist, to show they are really alive, really living.

Be on the look out for these in September!

In similar fashion to the Nike SB Dunk Homer Simpson, we have the Marge Simpson set to release. Everything about these are fresh, except that they’re being released exclusively Asia/Pacific. For all the true sneakerheads out there, you will know how to get your hands on these. For those that don’t know how to get their hands on overseas releases, *sighs* don’t feel too bad, you can’t have em’ all. Only thing that I think these are missing, which can easily be fixed, are red shoe laces to match Marge’s necklace and shoes. Other than that, shouts out to Hypebeast for this piece of news!

Tomorrow the Nike 112 Pack designed by DJ Clark Kent will release at select Urban Edge accounts across the country. The pack consists of a Nike Air Max 1, Air Force 1, and Air Trainer 1 which all follow the neon green/black/gray colorway. The obvious standout feature of the pack is the concrete print and the numbers “112″ represent the beginning of every zip code in Brooklyn, NYC. These are definitely gonna be sought after, so prepare to stand in line!

Let me start off by saying that Lanvin is KILLING THE GAME! Its almost to the point where there is no competition for them right now, “get down or lay down”! Ok ok, maybe I’m putting extras, but not thaaatt much. Acne Jeans & Lanvin are collaborating, bringing Acne’s knack for denim & Lanvin’s FRESH style and solid construction together. The collaboration will not only consist of jeans though. Here are some sneakers with the classic Lanvin look and denim make. Fresh.

Everyone here knows I’m a stickler for simplicity. Mark Gonzales does another collaboration with Adidas, this time with the Adidas Doley sneaker. With rumors of this summer being the hottest yet, this is the perfect sneaker to maintain your “cool” in the insane temperatures. These are available now over @ Slam Jam, and I’m sure you’ll be able to find them at your local boutique soon!

I recently mentioned how DQM has been killin’ the game with their sneaker collaborations, and to put the icing on the cake, they drop their third shoe in their Nike Blazer High series. Following the same pattern as the other two, they kept the safari print (zing!), switched up the colorway, and sprinkled a little gold in for good measure. Basically, these are fly as hell! These will be released July 12th!

The Nike Air Max 95 haven’t been in the limelight in some time, so its only right to drop a banging shoe while no one expects it. There Air Max represent Miami to the fullest, and as such they will be totally exclusive to Miami. Nike also released a New York Exclusive Air Max and in my opinion, its terrible looking! Can’t win them all I expect. So if you’re in Miami, or just a major sneakerhead that knows how to get their hands on regional exclusives, be sure to cop these…

Aside from being a mouthful, the Nike Zoom Tennis Classic Panda Pack is another one of those “nothing beats simplicity” releases that drop every now and then to reaffirm their place in this “colorfied” world. The always monochromatic Hiroshi Fujiwara’s Fragment is behind this collaboration, and as always it remains consistent in incorporating tiny subtleties that make the shoes unique. Here’s a brief description on the release from Hypebeast:

We were first informed by Hiroshi Fujiwara earlier last month that a special pair of Fragment Design x Nike Zoom Tennis Classics would be made to help raise money for the Sichuan earthquake relief efforts. Both White and Black colorways of the Panda Pack are now available for auction at Rakuten, with proceeds going to Sichuan. The details of the Tennis Classics include the Fragment logo on the heel and “Sichuan Jia You” in chinese characters on the tongue tag, the official slogan for supporting the Sichuan relief. The sneakers will also come with a 50% Panda Be@rbrick as seen before.

Here are two of the sneakers that will be apart of the upcoming Nike SB Trickstar BMX PACK to be released soon @ your local SB Dealer. DQM helped to design these two fly kicks, the Blazer HI & Dunk LO. As a result, DQM will have these this weekend, so stop by and cop em’! Its no doubt that DQM have been behind a few of the better collaborations recently.

This Saturday the next round in the Air Jordan Countdown Pack is set to release. I have no doubt in my mind that these will sell out quickly. So be sure to make it to your local Jordan retailer to cop these Saturday, they will be a good addition to the collection.

This weekend marks the latest installment of the Air Jordan Countdown Pack series. With a theme revolving around two Air Jordan generations which add up to 23, previous releases have seen the II/XIX, VI/XVII and X/XIII. This pack features the “Hare” VII and the Black/Red XVI with removable shroud. Look for this pack to hit stores on Saturday, June 21st at select Jordan retailers.
