Yesterday I posted a video clip of Kanye’s performance at the Casio G-Shock 25th Anniversary, and now, here are some pictures of the set. Can’t go too wrong with topless ladynauts eh?

Exactly…

On Wednesday, New York was the setting for the American celebrations of Casio G-Shock’s 25th anniversary. Among the headliners were the likes of Spike Lee and Kanye West as he ripped the roof off the place with a crazy performance complete with topless astronauts. As part of the celebration, legendary artist Eric Haze put his creativity to work creating a special box set including watch and t-shirt.

I recently attended the release party for The Morning Benders’ debut album ‘Talking Through Tin Cans’! They treated the crowd to a rousing performance of cuts from their album. If you don’t have a copy of ‘Talking Through Tin Cans’, make sure you grab one. The album is pretty perrty dope! Anyway, above is a video of them performing their new single ‘Boarded Doors’. Enjoy, and be sure to get your hands on any remaining tickets for their upcoming tour with The Kooks.

If that ain’t a good look, I don’t know what is. The Exactly would like to congratulate Inglewood’s own UNI for the MTV Sucker Free spot!

To celebrate this week’s single release (we still have those in England) Radiohead have broken up the song ‘Nude’ into pieces for you to remix.

For those of you who enjoy this sort of thing, you can buy the separate components or ’stems’ (bass, voice, guitar, strings/FX and drums) and remix your own version of the song. You can do this by adding your own beats and instrumentation or just remixing the original parts. More information is HERE

You can buy the stems HERE

You can upload your finished remixes @ Radioheadmix.com and be judged and even voted on by ‘the public’. You can also create a widget allowing votes from your own website, Facebook or MySpace page to be sent through too.

Hope you enjoy it!

For those of you who aren’t that way inclined, Nude is also available in its entirety on CD and 7 inch (UK release) at the usual retail outlets.

And if you haven’t heard the song, give it a listen why don’t cha!:

Amy Winehouse smashed on everyone by winning 5 awards for the night, including Song of the Year and Record of the Year. She got her visa too late though so she couldn’t attend.
