BREAK A LEG: The Cafeteria Line Presents: First Quarter Tour Starring TiRon & Ayomari

I enjoy the music these kids make so it’s safe to say that I am excited that they decided to put this tour together and honored they would include us. TiRon had a pretty decent year with his “Ketchup” mixtape that dropped earlier this year mixed by Colorado’s DJ Low Key and Ayomari made quite a bit of noise with his Peanut Butter & Jelly Solution cover and “Everything Is Going Fine ft. TiRon” leak, only right that they kick the year off on this note. Hitting several spots in Cali as well as a couple spots and in-stores on the East Coast. Cali hip hop is alive and well.

Ok, for all of you MF DOOM fans that are a bit weary about going to see him whenever you see a show advertised…THIS IS WHAT AN MF DOOM SHOW REALLY LOOKS LIKE. Do you think he would stand you up with Mos Def scheduled to be in attendance? I think not. Well, keep your fingers crossed just in case hahaha!

This show definitely looks promising. Pac Div, Dom Kennedy, TiRon & Ta’East will be performing live at Decos in San Diego! Not too sure how much tickets are but it can’t be more than 10….right? Plus it’s 18+ so for all of you fans that have been getting upset at the 21+ shows this is your opportunity!!

Yes, there are a lot of BREAK A LEG posts today, but I can’t help it that there’s just SO MUCH going on! Besides, isn’t that a good thing? This Thursday at Cal State Fullerton’s TSU Underground Pub, TiRon will be performing LIVE with DJ Sourmilk of the LA Leakers in tow! You definitely don’t want to miss out on this one, there will be plenty of fun to have along with good music. I mean, what more could you ask for? *Cues Guru* The festivities start at 12PM, and the cover is only $2.

Looks as though word of the Los Angeles scene is spreading! First week of October, a slew of LA’s finest will be hopping on the plane to go takeover the south for a night! This is definitely going to be cracking and unfortunately, I know most of you will not be able to attend, but I’m sure there will be loads of coverage for the event. Along with the West, the East & Midwest will be taking over their own respective nights. Being that its a festival, you purchase one ticket to gain access to all of the events going on throughout the weekend. I’ve been hearing a lot about this show but I wasn’t really too sure who was on the bill for it, pleasantly surprised. Pac Div, U-N-I, Mickey Factz, TiRon, Ayomari, H.O.P.E and J-Billion are performing live at Mighty in San Francisco on May 30th! General admission is 20 bucks and limited pre sale tix are 15. And from the looks of it, it’s all ages so come one come all.

For anyone that lives in the LA area, you’ve prolly been to The Spliff at least once. But, for those that haven’t, the Spliff is a monthly event which showcases up and coming musicians on the Los Angeles scene. May 1st is no different, the line up includes Co$$, Ayomari, Curtains, Buff1, Carter and others. So, I suggest you roll through this Friday, Free beverages (sorry, no alcohol!), and $5 admission ALL NIGHT!
